Rwanda's government released a report this week on who shot down Habyarimana's plan in 1994, igniting the genocide in Rwanda. Here's NY Time article about it. Very interesting.

ReplyDeleteI hope this happens. The article mentioned that France and Rwanda only reestablished diplomatic relations last year after a French judge accused Kagame of being involved in the attack. Pretty wild.
